Q:
My Mac locks up either before or during the
introduction. How do I get it to run properly?
A:
This may be caused by an extension conflict. Turn off
all extensions except the CD-ROM, QuickTime PowerPlug,
QuickTime, Sound Manager and the SCSI Manager (if your
computer has a SCSI). If that does not work, try
rebuilding the desktop.
