Q: Why won't Big Job print?
Why do I get a GPF when attempting to print in Big Job?

A: Ensure that Parental Controls (press Shift and 8) does not have an "x" in the box next to Disable Print.

If print feature is not disabled, and your printer will emulate an HP DeskJet or HP DeskJet 500, the print feature may function. Otherwise, this is a known that we are looking into.
