Ensure that Parental Controls (press
Shift and 8) does not have an "x" in the
box next to Disable Print.
If print feature is not disabled, and your printer
will emulate an HP DeskJet or HP DeskJet 500, the
print feature may function. Otherwise, this is a
known that we are looking into.

Ensure that monitors (Mac) or display (Windows) is set
to SVGA 640 x 480, and colors to 256.
For Macs running System Software 7.5 and higher,
disable modern memory manager and enable
virtual memory and set it to 16MB.
Disable ScreenSavers, antivirus programs and programs
that run in the background.
For Windows 95, disabling the auto-insert
notification feature has sometimes resolved this
problem.
