the system suitcase.

Put the System CD in the drive.
|

Hold the C key down and select
Special\ Restart (continue
holding the key until the system
restarts).

Open the hard disk\ (DRIVER?)\ system folder
|
|
|
Trash the finder
|
|
|
Drag the system suitcase to the
preferences folder
|
|
|
Close the system folder.
|
|
|
Rename the system folder as storage
|

Close the hard disk

Select Restore ALL
|
|

Then the system will require you to restart
|

You are now ready to reinstall QuickTime
